Pig Butchering Workshop

Learn to butcher and pack your home grown pigs with Justin Cox, an experienced game and livestock processor. Justin will work with Calypso’s slaughtered and skinned pigs to demonstrate and teach cutting and wrapping.
This workshop will be held on Sunday, September 10th from 10am to 6pm (the workshop is likely to end before this). There will be a mid-day break; please bring your own lunch.
Cost: $80 members, $120 nonmembers. You can become a member when you register by making a donation of any amount for the year.
