Annual Benefit Dinner and Auction
Join us each fall at Pike's Waterfront Lodge for this lively community event! Held every year in September, the event features a locally grown meal and auction items from local businesses and artists. The auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, directly supporting our education programs, including the Schoolyard Garden Initiative, Employing Alaskan Teens in Gardening, and farm-based field trips.

Open House
Each summer, in the height of the green and sunshine, Calypso invites families to the farm for a free, fun- filled day! Activities include garden tours, animal visits, flower pounding, natural dyes, compost creation, taste testing, nature walks, and much more! Throughout the day wood-fired pizzas, a salad bar and farm products are available for sale!

EATinG Open House
Come meet the middle and high school students who are a part of Calypso's Employing Alaskan Teens in Gardening (EATinG) program! Held each summer at the Effie Kokrine Charter School garden (located off Geist Road), this event offers visitors the opportunity to tour the student-run garden, taste-test fresh vegetables, and learn more about the EATinG program!

Membership Picnic and Square Dance
Members of Calypso gather each summer to eat and dance the evening away at this family-friendly event. Interested in becoming a member of Calypso? Click here to learn how!
